At   that   time,   those   two   young   brothers   Rama   and   Lakshmana,
followed   Viswamitra,   the   high-souled   son   of   Kusika,   carrying bows   in   their   hand   wearing   gloves   made   out   of   the   skin   of the reptile called   Godha   (a   wild   lizard),   armed   with   swords,   well-dressed,
lighting   all   the   ten   directions   with   their effulgence, like five-hooded
serpents,   full   of   radiance,   possessed   of   charming   physical
frame,   carrying   bows   and   having   their   quivers,   and   appeared
like   the   children   of   fire   (following)   the   indefinable   Lord   Siva,
and   the handsome   twin   Aswini   gods   (accompanying)   the
Grandsire   Lord   Brahma   (7-9).
