1.Rama,   mind   set   on   virtue,   hearing   the   sounds   of   shouting   with   an   afflicted   mind   because   of   that   became   thoughtful   for   a   while   with   eyes   blinded   by   tears.

2,3,4.At   that   time,   Kubera,   Yama,   destroyer   of   enemies,   Indra   with   thousand   eyes,   Varuna,   the   scorcher   of   enemies,   three   eyed   Lord   Siva   bearing   a   flag   with   a   bull   on   it,   the   creator   of   all   worlds   and   Brahma,   the   foremost   among   knowers   of   the   absolute   all   arriving   by   aeriel   cars   shining   brightly   like   the   sun   arriving   in   the   city   of   Lanka,   gathering   together   approached   Rama,   a   scion   of   Raghu.

5.Thereafter   the   foremost   of   gods   lifting   up   their   long   arms   adorned   with   bangles   said   the   following   to   Rama,   a   scion   of   Raghu   who   stood   with   joined   palms.

6.The   gods   asked   Rama   that   being   the   creator   of   all   the   worlds,   the   Lord   of   cosmos,   foremost   among   those   well   versed   in   scriptures   how   can   He   ignore   Sita   falling   into   the   fire?

8.The   gods   told   Rama   that   formerly   among   Vasus   He   was   Vasu   Rtadhama,   a   lord   of   creation,   He   was   the   first   creator   of   the   three   worlds   and   self   constituted   ruler.
