| The assessment checklist
lists the different areas we need to assess in order to acertain the strengths
and
needs of the child and guide us for further intervention. Observe the child's behaviour and answer the following questions on the checklist as yes or no and also note in detail, how the child responds. The childs strengths will be those areas with the answers being YES and the childs needs will be those areas with the answers being No. |
