21.The   people   told   Bharata   that   Rama   stands   firm   on   abiding   by   the   orders   of   his   father   and thus   we   are   not   capable   of   changing   his   mind.

23.Rama   told   Bharata   to   fully   weigh   the   words   spoken.   He   told   Bharata   to   rise   and   touch water   and   then   him.

24.Bharata,   getting   up   immediately,   touched   water   and   spoke   as   follows.   He   told   all   those assembled   to   listen   to   him.
