êÆꨠ   öä    impartiality
øäª×    alone
åäªî÷    is good
çÆê¨áèùª    everyone
çè÷ªçìªÌ    adherence to the just path
øÇæ窠    âç÷¨äª;    in dealing with
 
That alone is true  impartiality  that   consists   in   adherence   to   the
just   path   in   dealing   with   everyone.

âòçªç몠   ãéìáôäª    the just man's
ÍæÐ梪    wealth
ò¨éêô¨äª÷¨    will never decline
öòÐòêÐê¨÷ªÆëª    for his people
Öëè窵    lasting
ãéìêÐÊ    good
 
The   just   man's   wealth   will   never   decline,   but   will   bring
lasting   good   to   his   people.

åäªî÷     êõ¨Äëª    even if beneficial
å̲   ¬æåÐêè몠  through unjust means
ÍæÐæêÐéê     wealth
íäªî÷     immediately
øȨᠠ   ô¨ìùª    forsake
 
One   should   immediately   forsake   wealth   acquired   through   wrong
 means   even  though   it   may   be   useful.

êæÐæèõÐ    the just

öäªçÊ    the truth

öòÐòêÐêè÷ª    from the fruits
æèú窠    çÌëª    can be understood
 
The   truth   about   the   just   or   the   unjust   can   be   understood  
from   the
fruits   of   their   action.

îæÌëª    loss of wealth
âçÕæÐæËëª    gain wealth
¬ùªùùªù     occurs to all
â墪òêÐÊ    in the mind
îæèìèéë    those unaffected
òèäªî÷èõÐ    of the wise
íú¨    is a virtue
 
It   is   the   virtuous   wise,   who   remain   unaffected   by   the   loss 
 and   gain
of   wealth   which   occurs   to   all.

âæÌôùªáè䪠     he will realise
öäªçÊ    í÷¨æ    I shall perish
ê䪠  â墪òëª    our mind
åÌøõ©¬    leaves justice
íùªù    âòá¨äª    leans towards sinful deeds

He   will   know the words "I shall   perish",   when   his   mind   begins  
to   lean
away   from   justice   towards   sinful   deeds.

âæÌôèæ    harmful
éôáèÊ     will not consider
ãùæëª    wise men of the world
åÌôèæ    justly
åäª÷¨æÐæúª    virtuously
ꧪæ¨áèäª    lives
êèȪ²    poverty
 
The   wise   men   of   the   world   will   not   consider  their   poverty 
 harmful  or distressing,   who   live   virtuously   and   justly.

ò©õЭæÐƧª    as weighing scales
îæèùªîçèùª    íéëåÐÊ    of the balance
øÕçèùª    to one side
îæèìèéë    without tilting
òèäªî÷èõÐæÐÆ    wise people
íú¨    grace
 
The   gracious   wise   people   possess a  mind   as   steady   as   the
weighing   scales   of   the   balance   without   tilting   to   one   side.

ãìªîæèìªì몠  ¬äªéë   âç÷¨äª

âòè÷ª    speech
îæèìªì몠    ¬ùªùÊ    free from
âòçªçëª    is righteousness
øÕêéùáè    a steady
ãùª    mind
îæèìªì몠   ¬äªéë    without crookedness
âç÷¨äª    attains
 
He   is   righteous,   whose   speech   is   free   from   ambiguity
and   who   has   a   steady   mind   without   crookedness.

ôèú¨æ¢ª     âòáªôèõÐæÐÆ   he who conducts business
ôèú¨æëª   a good businessman
îçú¨   safeguards
ç¨÷²ëª   other's trade
êëîçè÷ª   as his own
âòá¨äª   if he

 
He   who   conducts   business   safeguarding  the trade of others  as   his   own   is considered   a   good   businessman.
