âë᪱úõÐêùª     Discrimination   (Knowledge   of   Truth)

âçèÕóª    íùªùô÷ªé÷       that which is not real
âçèÕâóäª×       as though it is real
ãúÕ몠      thinking
ëÕóè䪠      through delusion
ëèúè窠   ç¨÷窵       a birth without utility
Í몠      will cause

The   misery   of   birth   come   from   the   ignorance   that   takes
the   false   to   be   true   (351).

æèìªò¨    íôõÐæÐÆ       those who have valid cognition
 
Valid   cognition   will   dispel   the   darkness   of   ignorance   and
bring   the   highest   bliss   (352).

ÉáêÐê¨äª       misapprehension,doubt

âêó¨åÐêèõÐæÐÆ       for those of valid knowledge
éôáêÐê¨äª       more than the earth
ôèä몠        heavens (liberation)
åú¨áÊ    ãéìêÐÊ       is at hand

For   those   of   valid   knowledge,   with   doubts   dispelled,
a   higher   world   than   the   earth   is   at   hand   (353).

ɱúõв       the five senses
öáªê¨áæР   æúªÑ몠      even though under control
çá䪠   ¬äªî÷       of no avail
âë᪱úõв         real knowledge
¬ùªùèêôõÐæÐÆ       those who do not have

Though   the   five   senses   have   been   subjugated,   it   is   of   no   avail
when   there   is   no   discrimination   between   truth   and   untruth   (354).

Whatever   be   the   apparent   nature   of   anything,   wisdom   lies
in   dis-covering   its   inner   truth   (355).

æ÷ª×       having studied
¼úªÌ       in this birth
âëáªçªâçèÕóª       truth
æúªìèõР      whoever realilses
êéùçªçÌôõР      will attain
ë÷ª×    ¼úªÌ       another birth
ôèõè    âå÷¨       the state of rebirth
 
Whoever   studies   and   discovers   truth   will   be   on   the   way
to   salvation   (356).

ØõÐêÐÊ       having analysed
ãóªó몠      one's mind
ãóªóÊ       the reality
ãúõ¨äª       if realised
øÕêéùáè       definitely
îçõÐêÐÊ       again
ãóªó    îôúªìè       need not think of
ç¨÷窵       rebirth
 
He   who   has   listened   to   teachings   and   realised   what   is   true,
has   no   need   to   fear   rebirth   (357).

âòëªâçèÕóª   æèúªçÊ   í÷¨²
 
ç¨÷窵    öäªÄ몠      known as birth
îçéêéë       the ignorance
婧ªæ       to get rid of
ò¨÷窵    öäªÄ몠      that which is said to be unique
âòëªâçèÕóª       the undebilitating principle
æèúªçÊ       realising
í÷¨²       wisdom

Wisdom   lies   in   realising   the   non-sublating   principle,   which   is
 said to   be   unique,   to   get   rid   of   the   ignorance   causing
birth   (and   death)   (358).

òèõÐêõè   òèõÐêÕ   îåèáª
 
òèõеúõÐåÐÊ       realising the substratum (as the supreme reality)
òèõе    âæì       for dispelling the (false) notions of I and mine
øÇæ¨äª       if one adopts this life
ë÷ª×    íȨêÐÊ       other things (attachments) being destroyed
òèõÐêõè       will not be touched
òèõÐêÕ    îåè᪠      consequent sufferings

He   who   realises   the   consequences   of   attachments   and   avoids
such   attachments   will   be   freed   from   such   consequences   (359).

Avoiding   lust,   hatred   and   delusion   will   avert   all   sorrows   (360).
