Those   whose   wisdom   had   been   carried away   by   various   desires,   being   prompted   by their   own   nature,   who   worship   other   deities   adopting   various   rites;                                               (20)

Whatever   form   a   devotee   chooses   to   worship with   reverence,   I   stabilise   the   faith   of   that particular   devotee   in   that   very   form.   (21)

ev   h£  surely
¢v¢htan¯  ¢vDan   ¢kyE   h^e   ordained
¢h   ¢n:sÓdEh   verily
tan¯  un   those

vh    p¤âx    us    ½ÑGa    sE    y¤³    h^Aa    us    dEvta   kE    p¥jn    k£    cE¾a    krta    hW    AaWr    us    dEvta    sE    mErE    ¹ara      h£    ¢vDan    ¢kyE   h^e    un    i¢ÅCt    BaEgaE|    kaE    ¢n:sÓdEh    p#açO    haEta    hW    ,

Endowed   with   such   faith   he   worships   that particular   deity   and   obtains   thereby   his   desires, but   ultimately   all   these   are   ordained
by   Myself.         (22)

mam¯  m¤JE   to me
A¢p  h£   also

prÓt¤    un    AÚp    b¤¢ÑGvalaE|    ka    vh    Pl   naSvan¯ hW    tTa    dEvtaAaE|    kaE    p¥jnEvalE    dEvtaAaE|    kaE    p#açO    haEtE    hW|    AaWr    mErE B³    m¤JE   h£    p#açO    haEtEhW|    ,  
The   fruit   gained   by   these   people   of   small understanding,   however   is   perishable.     the worshippers   of   the   gods   attain   these   gods; whereas  My devotees,   howsoever   they   worship   Me,
eventually   come   to   Me.                                               (23)
