41.Hanuman   told   Bharata   that   they   losing   the   way   in   the   foremost   of   mountains,   Vindhya   mountain,   were   stricken   with   grief   and   a   long   time   slipped   past.

42.Hanuman   told   Bharata   that   then   the   powerful   brother   of   the   king   of   vultures,   Jatayu,   Sampati   by   name   told   them   definitely   about   the   dwelling   of   Sita   in   the   palace   of   Ravana.

43.Hanuman   told   Bharata   that   for   dispelling   the   great   grief   and   despair   of   my   kinsfolk,   he   resorting   to   his   own   energy   leapt   across   hundred   yojanas,   eight   hundred   miles.

44.Hanuman   told   Bharata   that   in   the   Asoka   grove   he   beheld   Sita   living   alone   clad   in   white   silk,   unclean,   cheerless   and   with   firm   vow.

45.Hanuman   told   Bharata   that   going   near   to   the   irreproachable   Sita   duly   inquiring   everything   of   her,   he   handed   over   a   ring   with   the   name   of   Rama   engraved.
