101,102,103.So   long   as   Rama   ruled   the   kingdom.   trees   were   with   wide   spread   branches,   perpetually   bore   flowers,   fruits,   clouds   sent   down   rains   in   time,   wind   wasdelightful   to   touch,   Brahmanas,   Kshatrias,   Vaisyas   and   Sudras   were   engaged   happily   in   their   duties   own   duties   without   greed,   the   people   ramained   devoted   to   righteousness,   never   told   lies   and   all   with   auspicious   bodily   marks   were   given   to   righteousness.

106,107.On   hearing   the   consecration   of   Rama,   a   man   in   the   earth   seeking   a   son   obtains   a   son,   seeking   wealth   obtains   wealth,   a   king   conquers   the   earth   and   overcomes   his   enemies   and   women   will   have   sons   with   long   life   like   mother   Kausalya   has   Rama,   like   Sumitra   with   Lakshmana   and   Kaileyi   with   Bharata.

109,110.He   who   listens   with   great   reverence   to   this   oldest   epic   composed   by   Sage   Valmiki,   conquer   anger   and   over comes   difficulties   easily.   Over   and   above   this   he   gets   reunited   with   his   relatives   at   the   end   of   a   long   journey   and   will   obtain   in   this   world   all   coveted   boons   from   Rama,   a   scion   of   Raghu.
